Unsuitable applicants are identified early in this selection process. All applicants must complete this formal process before attending our unique Selection & Induction Course. Prior to being offered a suitable position with SECUREcorp, each applicant is required to attend this unique 8 hour Selection and Induction course. The Course is designed to:

  • Enable Management to gain a realistic opinion by direct observation. This enables our team of professionals to assess:
    • Punctuality and reliability
    • Attitude and aptitude
    • Presentation & general appearance
    • Comprehension
  • Teach and assess understanding of the Company's history, culture and our world class industry specific standard operating procedures including:
    • Customer service
    • Discipline procedures
    • Code of Ethics
    • Conditions of employment
    • Company Process & Procedures
    • Supervisors attend an initial extra four hours training on our unique Supervisors Procedures Manual. This is further enhanced by a Supervisors Training Matrix including formal qualifications in frontline management.
  • Ensure the applicant is aware and understands the content & operation of SECUREcorp World Class Standard Operating Procedures (Industry Specific).
  • Qualify Applicants in what SECUREcorp believe are core competency requirements (for commercially competitive reasons and to preserve the competitive edge SECUREcorp can appraise potential clients of these certificate courses on request).
