Accessible 24/7 it assists employees and their immediate family members, in addressing issues relating to stress, productivity, health and morale. Available for both personal and work-related matters the service operates on a self-referral basis and staff are not required to discuss their participation with this service with their manager or any other member of staff in order to initially access this service.
