Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan 2026-2028

We are proud to announce the launch of our new Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), marking an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to reconciliation.

An Innovate RAP represents the next stage of our reconciliation journey. It challenges us to move beyond intention and take practical, measurable actions that create meaningful and lasting impact across our organisation and the communities we engage with.

Our RAP reflects our commitment to building meaningful relationships, fostering respect and creating opportunities that contribute to a more equitable and inclusive future. It provides a structured framework to strengthen our understanding of First Nations cultures, histories and contributions, while embedding reconciliation into the way we work, lead and make decisions.

Over the coming months, we will deliver a range of initiatives focused on:

  • Building cultural awareness and capability across our workforce
  • Strengthening relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Creating opportunities for First Nations peoples through employment, procurement and partnerships
  • Embedding reconciliation into our policies, practices and decision-making

We recognise that meaningful reconciliation is a shared responsibility. Whether through learning, listening, participating in events or supporting initiatives that drive positive change, each of us has a role to play in bringing our RAP commitments to life.

The launch of our Innovate RAP reinforces our commitment to creating positive outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and contributing to a more inclusive future. As we continue this journey, we look forward to working together to turn our commitments into meaningful action and lasting change.
