Leading the financial functions of the organisation, Daniel is responsible for the management of the National Finance Team. He incorporates his years of experience to ensure effective financial reporting and analysis, statutory and regulatory compliance, and the overall leadership of Securecorp’s financial department.
Jordan has 10 years' experience within the business, initially as the Commercial Analyst for the cleaning division where he established strong relationships with our clients and suppliers. He leads the operational delivery of large complex contracts that span multiple service offerings. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand.
Alison Simmons joined Securecorp in 2013 as Business Manager for Security but her experience in the security industry started way back in 2005 where she was responsible for Loss Prevention for several high-profile clients like Tiffany, Burberry, Chanel, and Louis Vuitton. Alison’s extensive experience in the Security industry includes several leadership roles during her 17 years at Securecorp.
With a dynamic background in the highly regulated, compliance and service-driven aviation and security industries, Turgut has nearly 30 years experience. He utilises his strong account, operations, compliance and service management skills to drive our team in New South Wales and ACT.
Paul's excellent rapport with all Queensland clients and his exceptional operations management expertise ensures the highest level of service is maintained for our customers. With over 24 years experience Paul oversees the delivery of all works across Queensland including services in the areas of critical infrastructure, transport, aviation and large scale retail centres.
With over 15 years experience, Maria has worked across a diverse range of industries and organisations as a skilled People Leader, partnering with senior leaders and management teams successfully aligning business strategy with people and culture. Maria brings diverse knowledge, skills and experience in leading and implementing HR strategies, key people objectives and driving culture and performance.
Adrian has over 30 years senior management experience in the security and facilities industry. He has held several leadership roles in private enterprise and government sectors and his expertise covers a broad range of skills including physical and electronic security, manpower, cash in transit, and risk management.
Adrian is responsible for the electronics, monitoring and other key business units. Adrian will oversee the end to end operations, including the strategic direction and alignment with customer requirements and industry best practice.
Matt manages Securecorp’s monitoring services division and has extensive experience in the security industry. He has demonstrable expertise in overseeing security operations in diverse sectors, including Tertiary Education, Aviation, Monitoring Centres, Cash in Transit, Mobile Security Patrols, Electronics, and Security. Matt is adept at interpreting Awards and ratifying Enterprise Agreements, and negotiations.Utilising his vast experience in monitoring centre management and security industries, Matt leads our teams of monitoring personnel with a vision of enhancing service delivery through innovation.
John is an experienced and accomplished manager with over 30 years of successfully delivering exceptional operational management and customer service excellence. An innovative, high-performing, and results-driven individual with demonstrated commercial acumen adept at identifying strategic opportunities and implementing creative solutions to drive business growth. John's strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusses on the broader organisational perspective.
